Retrograde intrarenal surgery versus percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with significant comorbidities and solitary kidney

Abstract

Dear Sir, We have read the article reported by Hosseini et al. [1] with great interest. The authors aimed to present effectiveness, safety, and complications of percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) in 412 cases mostly consisting of patients with solitary kidneys with significant comorbidities. We thank the authors for sharing the data of their valuable study they performed in this challenging group of patients.
