Çamlıhemşin i̇lçe merkezinde yerli halkın turizme i̇lişkin görüşleri

Abstract

Yerli halkın turizme ilişkin sahip olduğu algı ve tutumlar turizmden nasıl etkilendiği veya nasıl fayda sağladığına göre değişecektir. Gelişmeye ve genişlemeye devam eden bir sektör olarak turizmin özellikle geliştiği bölgenin yerli halkı ve çevresine olan etkilerine artan bir merak söz konusudur. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Çamlıhemşin ilçe merkezinde yaşayan yerli halkın turizme ilişkin görüşlerini saptamaktır. Çalışmada nicel araştırma türlerinden Tarama Araştırması'nın Kesitsel Tarama türü kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın evreni Çamlıhemşin ilçe merkezinde yaşayan bireylerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada verileri toplamak için Williams ve Lawson'un (2001) yerli halkın turizme ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek üzere geliştirdikleri anketten faydalanılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler; yerli halkın Çamlıhemşin'de turizm endüstrisinin varlığından memnun olduğunu ancak turizmden yeterli ekonomik faydanın sağlanamadığını ve devletin yatırım ve denetleme açısından daha fazla destek vermesi gerektiğine yönelik beklentileri ortaya koymuştur

The perception and attitudes of local people towards tourism will depend on how they are affected by tourism or get the benefit. Tourism is a growing and continuing to expand. So there is a curiosity about the effects of tourism on local people and its environment. The main objective of this study is to determine the thoughts of local people in Çamlıhemşin. The cross-sectional scanning method, one of scanning methods of quantitative research methods, was used in this study. The population of the study is the local people who live in the Çamlıhemşin city center. The data collection tool is the survey that was developed by Williams and Lawson (2001) to determine the thoughts of local people about tourism. The collected data shows that local people are contented, but they think that they can not get enough economic benefits from tourism. They expect that the government has to give more support about investment and inspection.
