In the recent past, with the advancement of technology and digitalization, the concept of training has also drastically changed, more specifically during pandemics. This created an opportunity for all for innovation and creativity. The present study tries to understand how augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) have contributed to the employee training in various organizations. The objectives of the study were to identify the impact of training through AR and VR on managerial skills, technical skills, and life skills. In this regard, various organizations were selected from the private and public sectors. Snow ball and cluster sampling were used for the collection of data. Initially, 19 variables were identified; however, after the core group and pilot study, these were restricted to only 14. The findings of the study conclude that AR and VR have made a lot of transformations in employee training, leading to improved employee engagement, improved productivity, enhanced communication, and better training opportunities.
