Karadeniz havzası tarım ürünü ticareti belirleyicileri: Çekim modeli yaklaşımı

Abstract

Çalışmanın temel amacı Karadeniz Havzası tarım ürünü ihracatının belirleyicilerini çekim modeli yardımıyla tahmin ve Türkiye’nin tarım ürünü ihracatını mal grubu bazında analiz etmektir. Analizlerde ihracatçı ve ithalatçı ülke GSYİH’ları ile toplam nüfusların ihracat üzerinde pozitif, aralarındaki coğrafi uzaklığın ise negatif etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca ticarette ortak dilin kullanılmasının Karadeniz Havzasında tarım ürünü ihracatını pozitif etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Bölgenin en önemli tarım ürünü ihracatçısı Türkiye’dir. Yıl boyunca tarım ürünü ihraç edebilecek potansiyele sahip olan Türkiye, bölgeye en fazla meyve ve sebze grubunda ihracat yaparken; hububat, bitkisel sıvı yağlar ve yağlı tohumlar grubunda ithalat yapmaktadır.

The main purpose of this study is to estimate the determinants of agricultural products export in the Black Sea Basin with gravity model, and is to analyze the Turkey's exports of agricultural products on the basis of commodity groups. The results of analysis show that exporter and importer country's GDP affect the export of agricultural products positively. The effect of their total population on export is positive, but the effect of geographical distance between them is negative. It is also concluded that the common language in trade affect the export of agricultural products positively in the Black Sea Basin. Turkey is the most important exporter of agricultural product in the region. It has the potential to be able to export agricultural products throughout year. Most of Turkey's export to the region is fruit and vegetable groups, and most of Turkey's import from the region is cereals, vegetable oil and oilseed groups.
